Ten Books I Need to Read~Top Ten Tuesday 59

I AM INSANE, I AM NUTS, I AM THE DEFINITION OF CRAZY, I’m not even kidding, look it up and you’ll find Brianna there ;D, ok I am kidding but STILL. STILL.

I own a LOT of books, not as many as some people but I do own plenty. The thing is, I have a problem with reading the books I own. The whole, this book is due back in two days and I NEED to read it before it goes back feeling is kind of what forces me to finish a book. Add that to the fact that I am library nut and check out about 50 books each visit (I go to the library at least once a week, so I have a TON of books to read) I tend to push back books I own to the bottom of my pile. Well I am here to show you the books I have on my shelf, ten to be exact, that I still need to read, so HOPEFULLY some of you will talk some sense into me and send good bookish vibes my way. Use your presuasion people 😀 I have faith in yooooou. Help me read these beauties!

  2. Ironcast by Destiny Soria
  3. Welcome to Night Vale by Joseph Fink (I actually started reading this one but it just wasn’t clicking so I should give it another shot!)
  4. The Fever Code by James Dashner (I’ve read EVERY OTHER JAMES DASHNER BOOK (except the Kill Order) WHY HAVEN’T I FINISHED THIS ONE YET)
  5. Cruel Beauty by Rosamund Hodge
  6. Winter by Marissa Meyer
  7. ALL the Game of Thrones books out! My mom bought me a whole set of the series for Christmas (I LOVE her)!
  8. These Broken Stars by Amie Kaufman (I love the covers,, now I just need to read the story xD)
  9. Elantris by Brandon Sanderson (I LOVE his books so much♥)
  10. Altered by Jennifer Rush

  1. Have you listened to the Welcome to Night Vale podcast? The book is kind of a spin off/about a character that lives in Night Vale. If you listen to the podcast it might get you more pumped. I’ve been listening for awhile and recently decided to start from the beginning to till I get caught up.

  2. You have to read Winter! Don’t you want to know what happens to Cinder and her crew? I loved it! I think you will too.

    I have the same problem with books I own, especially since I work in the library. I’m kind of like, I own it, I can read it anytime. When I should be thinking, the Library has it, I can read it any time. I just put books I want to read on hold and they “magically” appear on my desk when it’s my turn. I had The Kill Order for months. Months I tell ya, just sitting on my desk waiting to read it while I read everything else that came in because I wanted to read them more. I’m going to do the Beat the Backlist challenge next year to help me get through some of the books I’ve been meaning to read, a couple of witch I own.

  3. I’m reading the ToG series for the first time too! I just finished Queen of Shadows and I’m debating on whether I should read Empire of Storms. I’ve also read Cinder, but I read it forever ago, but I’ve heard so many good things about it. What did you like most about the series?

    1. Yay 😀 It is my favorite series! Empire of Storms was REALLY good! I really enjoyed The Lunar Chronicles, I just haven’t finished the final book, Winter. I thought the series was interesting, I’ve never read anything like it before. I enjoyed the characters and felt like their story was one I could get into, plus she is a great author and I adore her writing :D! sorry for replying so late, I didn’t realize that I didn’t reply 😦

    1. I’m slowly making my way towards that book XD I’m so horrible at finishing series, I don’t like when they end so I put them off ^_^” but soon! Thanks for stopping by 🙂
