This week I decided to make a mood board for a book I’ve already read and reviewed…
Who was your favorite character in the book?
I liked both Max and Alice 🙂 I loved their personalities but out of the two, Alice was my favorite. She was witty and sassy, and I adored her!
Did you pick any specific characters or scenes to be represented in your Moodboard?
Well, I am the worst at paying attention to character descriptions, so this is probably SUPER off, but anyways… The two characters are Max and Alice 🙂 I tried to find someone who I thought looked like them (but again, I don’t pay attention to character descriptions). I used pink pictures in the middle because this book had a pink vibe, it was romantic and dreamy (yessss dreamy) which is also why I chose the other two, the mountains and clouds :). I just wanted it to look magical, ok XD?
Did your Mood Board take a specific color scheme? If you actively chose one, why did you chose that specific color?
Not really 🙂 I just tried to find pictures that matched the color scheme of the character photos I chose, so yeah.. but I DID choose pink, because like I said, it was dreamy and romantic.
Was there a picture that you just couldn’t find to incorporate into your mood board? If you can answer it with little to no spoilers, tell us how it related to the book!
YES! I wanted to add a picture of the hot air balloon, but I couldn’t find one that looked good enough with the other pictures. The hot air balloon felt like a pretty important scene 😦
If you read the book, what was your rating for it? Link us to your review if you have one!
5/5! If you want to know more about Dreamology, here is my review!
For as long as Alice can remember, she has dreamed of Max. Together they have traveled the world and fallen deliriously, hopelessly in love. Max is the boy of her dreams—and only her dreams. Because he doesn’t exist.
But when Alice walks into class on her first day at a new school, there he is. It turns out, though, that Real Max is nothing like Dream Max, and getting to know each other in reality isn’t as perfect as Alice always hoped.
When their dreams start to bleed dangerously into their waking hours, the pair realize that they might have to put an end to a lifetime of dreaming about each other. But when you fall in love in your dreams, can reality ever be enough?- goodreads summary!
