This weeks is a super HARD topic! I mean come on, how hard is it to narrow down our favorite books we have read so far? THERE ARE SO MANY GOOD ONES!

Spelled

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I love this book <3! This Oz retelling was so much MORE than what I was expecting! It was a mash up of so many of my favorite fairy tales, and had many references to them. Even though the main character was hard to like at first, she became cool near the end, and I just wqjhofjewal love it.

Love Fortunes and Other Disasters

Everything about this book was adorable, and I LOVE adorable! The idea of Love fortunes, and Weather Fortunes, etc. is just so unique, I wish they were real! My favorite scene in this book (I DON”T THINK THIS IS A SPOILERS BUT MAYBE IT IS?!)  is when Sebastian and Fallon collect silence ^_^

The Lightning Thief

Percy Jackson is an amazing hero! I think this is actually the first mythology book I’ve read (oh! Not including the Iliad, Aeneid and Odessey) and it actually made me want to read more :)! Rick Riordan is a fantastic author. and I just love all of his characters! Nico! Percy! Annabeth! Grover!

Denton Little’s Deathdate

I actually wasn’t going to read this book, and when I picked it up, I thought that I wouldn’t enjoy it. Not so surprisingly, I LOVED it! The idea was unique and after a while, I did laugh a bit at the story. I liked how Denton was turning purple, and my favorite scene in the whole book was when he yelled at the squirrel haha… good times…

Miss Mayhem

OH MY GOSH WHEN DOES BOOK THREE COME OUT? Yes. Wait. There is a book three right? I’m pretty sure… Anyways, Harper and David are adorable! Like I said I love adorable and this book is coated with cuteness and coolness. I loved how Harper was proper/polite and still managed to kick some serious butt. You go girl! THE ENDING OH MY GOSH THE ENDING! BOOK THREE I NEEEEED YOU!

The Haunting of Sunshine Girl

I don’t like scary stories, but I HAD to read this one! It was a bit creepy, but not over bearing. Can’t wait for book two!

Crown of Midnight

What didn’t I LOVE about Crown of Midnight? I can’t put my love for this series in words… but I adored the romance between Celeana and Chaol 🙂 IT WAS HEART BREAKING, HEART STOPPING, WONDERFUL, HORRIBLE, TEAR JERKING, FANTASTIC AWrgthbvfrethynh vffergthynbgvfcdw

A Court of Thorns and Roses

Beauty and the Beast is my FAVORITE Disney movie! I LOVE IT SO MUCH! I LOVE SARAH J. MAAS SO MUCH! Put them together and the result is perfection. I’m not a fan of new adult books, I don’t like adult themes (romance. I DON’T like reading adult romance!) but but but this book has faeries! FAERIES! I LOVE IT! I LOVED FEYRE, LUCIEN, TAMLIN, RHYSANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNND! Book two is supposed to be a Persephone and Hades retelling, oh gosh, will we get to see the Night Court? Will Feyre be in love with Rhys? I AM SO EXCITED 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀

Siren’s Fury

Mary Weberrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. This list has been filled with a TON of all CAPS! I AM SCREAMING THROUGH THE SCREEN, CAN YOU HEAR MY EXCITEMENT AND FAN GIRLISHNESS? Yesh this book has a TON of feels, it’s a roller coaster of AWESOME!

Supervision

I wasn’t sure what to think of this book, but it was FABULOUS! The bad guy was CREEEEEEPY! The story was AMAAAAZING! Every thing about it was WONDERRRRRFUL!

Daughter of Deep Silence

This was intense, awesome, thrilling and wonderful all at once! It’s my favorite so far this year!

Florence

I LOVE all fantasy creatures but my favorite one to read about (for some reason) is mermaids! I LOVE them sooooooo much and Florence was absolutely stunning and beautiful and wonderful! I’m so glad I got the chance to read it!

The Walls Around Us

The story was a bit slow but the writing blew me out of the water. It was a peculiar haunting kind of writing that was wonderful in every way.

How I Fall

This book was beautiful it was breathtakingly beautiful.

Firefight

Action packed hard-core, parkour book with Epics that are epic. The ending was AWESOME oh my gosh oh my gosh the next book is gonna be great. Seriously AWESOMELY GREAT!

Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secretes of the Universe

Another great contemporary (I think?) book I read. It was beautiful also 😀

The Ghosts of Heaven

The beginning was a bit slow but the ending was so beautiful it made it to one of my favorites this year. My mind was blown.

Infinity

I LOVE Nick his sarcasm and kindness to others, his personality makes me laugh he’s so funny!

Bomb

Now this one was pretty intense and mysterious all at once!

Captive

I LOVED the first book so I read the second one, I thought the first one was a bit better but still I enjoyed it!
