(Mon)Day Book Challenge, Week 4-Best Book Cover

This week we show you our favorite book covers and we have to say some book covers are simply amazing as well as an amazing story to accompany it.

The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin is a story filled with a sort of mystery as well as an aura of constant suspense. Not only does it have pretty covers but a thrilling story that I could not just put down!!!

Mara Dyer doesn’t think life can get any stranger than waking up in a hospital with no memory of how she got there.
It can.

She believes there must be more to the accident she can’t remember that killed her friends and left her mysteriously unharmed.
There is.

She doesn’t believe that after everything she’s been through, she can fall in love.
She’s wrong. -goodreads.com

Next is Briannas favorite cover, King Arthur by Frank T. Thompson.

king arthur

King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table – and the chivalry, romance, heroism, and betrayal at the heart of the legendary tale – have gripped the imagination of the world for centuries. In KING ARTHUR, young Arthur is given a seemingly impossible mission – to defeat a bloodthirsty Saxon conqueror and his army, a dozen times the size of Arthur’s own. Haunted by Merlin and tormented by the fact that his small band of knights has only a slim chance at survival, Arthur is determined to fulfill his duty to the Roman Empire, his family, and Great Britain. In the midst of their mission, when Arthur and Lancelot, his greatest knight, rescue the exquisite Guinevere from captivity, the enchanting tale of the royal lovers begins. KING ARTHUR is a story of catastrophic defeat, devastating victory, and magical romance.

Based on the screenplay of the movie of the same name, starring Clive Owens -goodreads.com

I am a HUGE fan of any thing King Arthur, and this book has to be my favorite book about the Knights of the Round Table. It is so good that Angelina and I both read it where as we typically never read the same book. But you know, King Arthur is King Arthur, and in our opinion he rules!
